What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored by your device when you view a website. The cookies of the c.d. “third parties” are, on the other hand, set up by a website other than the one the user is visiting. This is because on each site there may be elements (images, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains, etc.) that reside on servers other than that of the site visited.
Types of cookies
Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service” (cf. art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).
They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or manager of the website. The technical cookies collected and processed on the Site can be divided into: navigation or session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to view a recipe); functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the ingredients selected from the shopping list) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.
The prior consent of the users is not required for the installation of these cookies.
Third party cookies
By visiting this site you may receive cookies from sites managed by third parties. An example is represented by the presence of social plugins for Facebook, Istagram and Google+, or embedded (integrated) multimedia content display systems such as YouTube and Vimeo. These are parts generated directly by the aforementioned sites and integrated into the web page of the host site visited. The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites managed by third parties. Nicola Tanzella is unable to access these cookies, just as third parties cannot access Nicola Tanzella’s cookies. The management of information collected by third parties is governed by the relative information to which reference is made.

The Site also collects third-party cookies for statistical purposes, in particular through Google Analytics (in anonymised form), which is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google uses the Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Site, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Profiling cookies are used with anonymised IPs and are used only for statistical purposes.
Management and disabling of cookies
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies using the settings of his browser.
Disabling “third-party” cookies does not affect navigability in any way.
The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. Furthermore, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for “proprietary” cookies and for those of “third parties”.
